These Sales Terms apply strictly to the obtaining by the goods’ customer and services offered by J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. on its website www.todotaladros.com. The commercial relationship will be governed between the two parties when the means for the performance for the realization is done in whole or in part electronically.

J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. is dedicated to the sale exclusively on the Internet. The products offered on its website will be sent only to countries of the European Union. No shipments will be made outside the delivery area mentioned.

Only home deliveries are performed. The address that appears on the website is the registered office of the company. There is no physical sales office to the public. 

For the purposes of these Sales Conditions and for any communication that is accurate between the two parties, the data provided by the customer and those published by J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. on its website www.todotaladros.com will be taken into account. Both parties expressly accept the use of electronic mail as a valid means for the remittance of any communication related to the use of the website.

Process:

For the purchase of products on this website, it is necessary to be registered as a customer through the form established for this purpose on the page itself. Products will be added to the "Basket", and at all times the customer will be able to consult its contents and on the same screen details will appear, step by step for the procedure of acquisition of goods and services offered (in addition to the selected products, address delivery options, shipping options and payment methods).

Once the purchase is decided, the order will initially be confirmed, the summary will be reviewed and the purchase will be finalized. In the process of purchase the possibility of consulting the Sales Conditions will be given (The customer is told that once the order is confirmed, these conditions are accepted). Giving the "Ok" to the completion of the purchase will be an essential, determinant and indispensable requirement for the formalization of the purchase and it will be considered that the full clauses published at the time of the completion of the purchase are fully accepted and unreserved at the time the order is placed on the website. On the following screen, the summary of the order for its effective confirmation will be presented.

Once the purchase has taken place, J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will send an e-mail to the customer with a proof of the order placed.

Products and orders:

J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. reserves the right to decide at any moment the products and services that are contained and offered to the customers through its website. You can unilaterally modify the commercial offer presented (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time and without prior notice.

The products offered on the webpage, along with their features and prices will appear on the screen. The prices published on the website www.todotaladros.com are in Euros and are valid, except for a typographical error. They also include VAT and shipping costs. In this sense, we put all our effort in offering the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. On the event that at any moment an error of this type occurs, outside the intentions of www.todotaladros.com we will proceed immediately to its correction. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made the purchase decision based on this error, he will be entitled to cancel his purchase without cost.

The illustrative photographs of the products are merely indicative and are not part of the contract. The images that appear on the website inform about the products that are for sale, with illustrative purpose, there being the possibility of existing variations but minimal in the product characteristics.

Orders can be made through the web in the way described in the previous section or through the email info@todotaladros.com , in special cases.

In the event that the product is not available after the purchase has been made, J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will inform the customer by email or telephone. Since J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. want the total satisfaction of their customers and taking into account that it will be an exceptional situation, a personalized treatment will be given to that request by e-mail or by telephone in order to search for a satisfactory solution for both parts.

In those cases where the contracted product or service, or its price, do not appear on the website, the product and the price will be negotiated between the customer and J. G. Professional Tools, S.L., serving as evidence of communications between both parts.

Promotions will be indicated in each product and in specific sections (clearance, special offers, etc.) unless otherwise indicated, they will be valid as long as they are shown on the screen and within the limit of available stocks.

Price and payment:

Product prices offered in www.todotaladros.com will be the ones published at every moment. They are VAT included applicable on the order’s date. Any change in this tax will be automatically applied to the products and services’ prices. Taxes will be detailed in the invoice.

J. G. Professional Tools, S. L reserves the right to modify the prices at any moment. Products will be invoiced at the moment of placing the order, independently of which moment the delivery is made, unless there is a clear typographical error.

J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. from its beginnings, and according to the legislation in force, has given up the possession or knowledge about their clients’ financial information 

To reduce to the maximum the possible risks in the electronic transactions and being aware of the concern that many people have about internet transations, we use secure online-payment gateways lodged out of our domain.

All payment operations are made directly with the financial institutions which are owners of the online-payment gateways, Caixabank and PayPal. This way, no one outside these institutions can have access to data our customer’s cards.

The payment process is realized in an encrypted way throughout the highs security methods used by these entities. This ensures that no one can have access to the data sent by our clients throughout internet 

Apart from the payment by the Credit Card and PayPal, we also have the option of doing the payment via Bank Transfer and cash on delivery (with a slight increase in the price).

Transport and shipment:

All our shipments are free and sent via transport agencies with recognized prestige and The State Post Office (with an insurance of the 100% order value). The customer will select the delivery option in the purchase process (Point 4 of the process).

Formalized orders (orders realized and paid) will be sent on the next business day, and customers will receive the orders within 48hours. 

J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be responsible for the costs which could incur the customer for customs duty and for tax payments. 

In any way, the distribution conditions are subject to the transport agency timetable and to holidays. J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be the responsible of the imputable delays of the transport agency and those of the customer. 

Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the moment of placing the order and can be different to the customer’s billing address. 

With the aim of optimising the delivery process, the address indicated by the client must be an address where the delivery could be done within the usual working hours. 

If the customer is absent at the moment of the product’s delivery at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new intent of delivery.

It is recommended to check if the shipping address is correct (door number, postal code, etc.) because J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be responsible for the damages caused in the delivery when the address introduced by the customer does not coincide with the delivery place demanded by the customer.

Each delivery is considered to have been effected from the moment the transport agency places the product at the disposal of the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

It is up to the addressee to check the order upon arrival, to express the observations and to present all claims he considers justified, he may even reject the package if the latter shours signs of having been opened or if it shows clear signs of damage. 

If the products delivered do not coincide in nature or quantity with those indicated in the e-mail “Confirmation of the Order”, the customer may exercise the right of desisting at the products’ delivery time. The return costs in case of mistake in the order will be in charge of J. G. Professional Tools, S.L.

In case of delay, breakage or receipt of an incomplete order, the customer may contact J. G. Professional Tools, S.L.
