They will govern the commercial relationship between both parts when the means for carrying it out is in whole or in part by electronic means.

J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. is dedicated to selling exclusively online. The products offered on the website will be sent only to countries of the European Union. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area.

Only home deliveries are performed. The address that appears on the website is the registered office of the company, there is no physical office for sale to the public.

For the purposes of these Sales Conditions and for any communication that is necessary between both parts, the data provided by the Client and those published by J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. on its website will be taken into account. Both parts expressly accept the use of email as a valid means for sending any communication related to the use of the website.

Price and payment :

J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. since the beginning of its activity, and in accordance with the legislation in force, it has renounced having or knowing any financial data of its clients.

In order to minimize the risks of electronic transactions and being aware of the concern that online shopping still entails for many people, we use secure payment gateways hosted outside our domain.

Transport and shipment :


All our shipments are made through transport agencies of recognized prestige and the State Post and Telegraph Society (with insurance for 100% of the value of the order). It will be the customer who selects the shipping option in the purchase process.

Formalized purchases until 11:00 a.m, they will be shipped the same day (order realized for immediate payment). If they are made later, they are sent the next business day and from there they will be received by the client within 2-4 days.

J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. is not responsible for the costs that, due to customs processing or payment of taxes, the buyer may incur.

In any case, the delivery conditions are subject to the working hours of the transport agency and holidays. J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. will not be responsible for delays attributable to the transport agency or the customer.

The products will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated at the time of placing the order, this address may be different from the one that the customer has provided as the billing address.

In order to optimize the delivery process, the address provided by the customer must be an address to which delivery can be made within normal business hours.

If at the time of delivery of the product to the indicated address, the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

It's recommended to check that the shipping address is correct (door number, postal code, etc.) since J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. will not be responsible for the damages caused in the delivery when the address entered by the client does not fit the place of delivery demanded by the same.

Returns, cancellations and order’s incidents :


Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased within 14 days from when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the item.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased on the TodoTaladros website returned in perfect condition will be accepted as long as it's received :

      - in its original packaging

      - without any use

      - that it comes accompanied by all its accessories and manuals

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, through the email You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Before making the return, at the time you notify us of your lack of conformity, we will indicate the way in which you can return the order. Prior communication is essential and we will not be able to accept postage due returns that have been made by means of transport other than the one indicated by us (in this case you will be responsible for the return costs and we will not be able to assume the risk of the return package ). If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of the withdrawn purchase.

You must return the produtcs to us without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

TodoTaladros is committed to reimbursement. without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In no case will you incur almost any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

Returns of personalized products and services, of items sold as opportunities and in general of products ordered directly from the manufacturer cannot be made, unless the product is defective.

If the product arrives in poor condition due to transport, the Customer must indicate this on the carrier's delivery note and call within 24 hours of receipt J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L., to make the proper claim. After said period without receiving such communication, J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. will not be held responsible for any claim for this reason.

Regarding cancellations, if the cancellation of the order arrives before the shipment of merchandise, the Client will not have any expenses, except in the case of personalized orders. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning this same order.

As indicated above, in the case of payment by transfer, it must be effective within one week. In case of not receiving the deposit in our account within said period, the order will be cancelled.

Likewise, J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order placed through its website if it considers that it could be a fraudulent action, making the full refund of the amount contributed by the Client.

Guarantee :


All the tools commercialized by J.G. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L., have the legal guarantee offered by the manufacturer, protected by current regulations. It will be the same for THREE YEARS from delivery, except in those that, due to characteristics or special campaigns, said guarantee is greater. Unless proven otherwise, the delivery or supply is understood to be made on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase ticket, or on the corresponding delivery note if this is later. This rule is applicable to cases in which the client is the final consumer.

The regulation of the sale of merchandise between companies to integrate them into their production process, is not governed by the regulations that protect the consumer, due to its status as a merchant, the guarantee term of the products in that case will be given by the commercial guarantee that offer each provider.

The possibilities of extended guarantees of some products are published on the website as mere links to specific brands in order to inform the Client and facilitate their processing. J.G PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, S.L. does not intervene in any case in the possible contracts that may arise outside of its website, for which reason it remains free of any obligation or responsibility in this regard.
